What is YONI for Woman Mental, Sexual, and Phisical Health

Yoni literally means “sacred temple or space” in Sanskrit, Tantra. It’s main goal is not to bring woman to orgasm, although it is extremely stimulating. Yoni massage therapist tries to comfort and relax the receiver and bring her emotions out and to achieve tranquility, here she will however express and release her inner powerful orgasmic self. Yoni Massage, which can be external or internal moving upon the receiver requests, consists of a special combinations of twirls, stokes and various techniques including labia shiatsu and energizing pressure points. It usually starts of from the inner thighs circling slowly inwards.

The Yoni Massage Process
A Yoni massage starts with the giver massaging the crown of the receiver. Slowly, he makes his way to the rest of her body. The neck, shoulder blades, breasts, stomach, hips, legs and thighs are all slowly and eventually massaged all on the journey to the Yoni.
A decent amount of high-quality oil is applied to the mound above the Yoni allowing it to drip down onto the Yoni and enveloping it in sensual bliss. The oil is then very gently and slowly rubbed gently on the Yoni’s outer lips with the thumb and index finger.
Slowly, the inner lips are repeated in much the same fashion. The pressure and speed of each stroke on the outer and inner lips is carefully varied to ensure maximum pleasure without climaxing too fast.
Finally, the clitoris is reached. The clitoris is gently massaged with simple circular strokes; alternating between clockwise and anti-clockwise movements. For any squeezing, the thumb and index finger are used.
Now, the most sensual part can be reached; the G-spot stimulation. The G-spot is known as the sacred spot in tantric culture. The middle finger is carefully and very slowly inserted into the yoni. It is here that the giver will start to explore the “Sacred Temple” The middle finger is now retracted in a hook-like fashion so that the G-spot is reached.
